So you know the newborn months when baby wakes up every couple of hours? Well, we are still there and my son is 9months old... I can feel myself literally going insane from the lack of sleep so here is how his schedule goes
8pm - dinner 9pm - bath time 10pm - 8oz of milk while I hold him he soundly falls asleep then I lay him in his crib and I try to go to bed 11pm - guess who's awake screaming his little head off... more milk then it's off to bed 2am - shrieking screams and another bottle 4am - more crying more bottle 730am - more crying more bottles 10am - he wakes up happy like a normal baby and he is ready for the day
Now, during the day he eats good, naps good everything is awesome he is such a happy guy its just at night this gremlin comes out and I am seriously losing my mind!! Please help I don't know if he genuinely is hungry or is he just waking up because he is used to it? Idk and thoughts?
If a nursing mom is not able to get enough rest, she will become stressed and this will interfere with her ability to produce enough breast milk for her newborn baby.
