I have a delicious and simple strawberry banana smoothie recipe that might be my easiest and quickest smoothie yet! It only requires 4 ingredients and is as basic as smoothies can get!
If you love strawberry and banana together, you’re gonna love this smoothie!
First, gather your ingredients. You are going to need strawberries (1 cup), banana (1 cup – about 1 whole banana), Almond Breeze Almondmilk (1 cup – flavor of your choice), and yogurt (1 cup – best with plain, vanilla or strawberry flavors).
Note: I like to use frozen strawberries and banana slices because the smoothie ends up chilled this way. If you have them frozen – that’s great – if not, it is no biggie.
How to Prepare Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Add your frozen ingredients to the blender.
Next, add the yogurt and milk. I use dairy-free yogurt and dairy-free Almond milk.
Blend ingredients together until smooth. You’ll know when it is well blended when the strawberry seeds are all blended. (Because nobody likes strawberry seeds in their smoothie!)
