Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients for a healthy green smoothie
➥1 large banana - or 3 mini bananas
➥1 mango
➥1 cup of spinach - 2 handfuls
➥1 tsp of raw ginger
➥1 cup coconut milk - or any other milk you like
➥ice cubes
Directions
Step 1: Blend your mango and banana with coconut milk.
Step 2: Add ginger and spinach and blend until nice and smooth. Add ice cubes if you desire.
