Never wear underwear after sex. See why!

When it comes to passion play, we all know what we need to do. The teases, the foreplay, using protection, feeling safe... all of this is something we are confident about. But do you know what to do once you are done with the act? (Nope we are not talking about cuddling.)

You shouldn't put on any tight-fitting clothing or lingerie immediately after sex.

When you sleep without underwear, it allows your body to breathe. Also, wearing the same underwear can lead to infections so instead go commando.

We have been warned enough by gynecologists as well as health reports: peeing after sex is extremely important to prevent urinary tract infection (UTI). But there is another pertinent step you are missing that is as important as peeing after sex.

Sex is messy and a lot of moisture from vaginal wetness, semen, sweat can make you damp down there. So, it makes all the sense to pick a napkin or tissue to remove excess moisture as it can act as a breeding ground for developing an infection. This is especially important for women who are prone to developing yeast infections.

If you don’t want to sleep in the buff, pull on a nightgown or loose, breathable pajama bottoms. Just keep the clingy panties off until morning, or you might set yourself up for an infection. Don’t slip on underwear. Going commando helps air out your vagina and let it breathe—which decreases the risk of a yeast infection or another itchy condition.
