HELB Loan Appeal Form
There is no need for hard copy Helb forms as the application is done online.
The process is done online at the students HELB portal
- Sign in on the HELB portal
- Go to loan reviews
- Two parts will appear, part A and part B
- Party A contains student data as per the previous applications and allocation
- Part B contains appeal reasons in a drop-down menu
- Choose your appeal reason carefully and attach evidence ( support documents)
- Review the details before submitting
- Click on " Yes I want to submit " and you are done
How To Know If Your Loan Appeal was Successful
HELB will notify you via the portal or SMS once your appeal is received and again notify you on disbursement status as soon as they Credit your HELB bank account with the appeal amount.
You can also know your HELB loan appeal status on HELB social platforms Twitter or Facebook. Provide them with your ID number and they will be able to confirm your loan appeal status.
