What is M-Pesa Junior Account

An MPesa junior account is a special kind of an MPesa account that will be available for use by persons who are under the age of 18 years.

This is a big opportunity for the under age and even parents. For the under age, atleast they'll now be able to send and or receive money just like adults.

Requirements for Mpesa Junior Account

In order to get mpesa junior account a minor must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the registration process 

The parent or guardian must present his or her national ID card.
