 Things to note before replacing a lost passport

Passport applications without complete requirements will not be processed.

You must bring your original Kenyan Birth Certificate, parent’s Identity Card, and Passport that is being replaced. Copies will not suffice.

  • 1.       Submit online application on www.ecitizen.go.ke;
  • 2.       Ecitizen pre-filled passport application Form and two payment receipts;
  • 3.       Original and a copy of Kenyan birth certificate;
  • 4.       An Original Kenya National ID card and a copy of Kenyan ID;
  • 5.       Original Passport and a copy (Bio Data Page) of Passport
