This quarter we feature the Southern Asia-Pacific Division, which oversees the Seventh-day Adventist Church’s work in 11 countries: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam. The region is home to 682 million people, including 1.7 million Seventh-day Adventists. That’s a ratio of one Adventist for every 404 people. Part of a special offering collected on the last Sabbath of this quarter will go to support four projects in Brunei, Myanmar, and Indonesia. Those Thirteenth Sabbath projects are listed in the sidebar.
