This is a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) service that enables M-PESA
customers to access their stamped M-PESA statements on demand, by requesting
via *334# and the e-stamped statement will be sent by email.
How does this service work?
- Customers
can now self-generate statements from the comfort of their phones without
the need to visit a Safaricom Shop.
- Customers
can request their statements for specific dates, availed on demand.
- Statements
generated are e-stamped and verified as true statements from Safaricom
without going to the Safaricom shop to get them stamped.
- Easy
sign-up process on *334# to access e-statements on the go.
- Information
on the statement has been minimized in accordance with the Data Protection
laws. Minimization involves masking sensitive customer details such as
mobile numbers.
This service is FREE and accessible to ALL M-PESA registered
customers.
To access the M-PESA Statements
Using the M-PESA line, the customer will use any of the two
procedures below:

Export Statements

Generate Statements
- The
statement will be downloaded.

- Select Request
Statement
- Select
the Period of request.
- Enter
the recipient’s email address.
- Repeat
the recipient’s email address.
- Enter
your M-PESA PIN
You will receive a notification SMS with the code you will
use to access the statement.
